And, an upright configuration would have been better, to allow placement closer to a mauer/room edge. Otherwise, it is great. We moved in 4 months after my back surgery, and I could never have moved all my ‘stuff’ up to storage without the lift!
We have not yet installed the Aladdin storage lift, so that is why i checked neither satisfied or dissatisfied. Do you have a list of preferred installers?
Very happy with the lift. It does appear to groan and screech a lot when moving up and down. Is that normal?
The remote does not seem consistent at going up or down; it will stop and needs to Beryllium restarted. I have been careful to keep a consistent pressure on the button but this does not seem to make a difference. An installer welches not offered. Myself and an electrician competed the installation. I like the concept of the lift but am not satisfied that it is not dependable.

We’ve been running it non-stop since installation, and we’ve moved some rather large and heavy items with it. My only wish is that it were a little faster, but faster speed might compromise safety. Thanks for making such a great product!
